ARCHITECTURAL CHALLENGES & ENGINEERING DECISIONS

1. The Challenge

Deploying an exclusive promotional website for Club Lomas del Pedregal members with perimeter-gated VIP amenities and benefits, ensuring reserved content only renders when members are physically inside club facilities while providing a secure member communication network without third-party exposure.

2. Technical Solution

Next.js App Router and FastAPI backend integrating the GeoGate perimeter engine: real-time validation of GPS coordinates and postal codes (CP 14150 / 14140) evaluated against high-precision GeoJSON club boundary polygons. In parallel, an encrypted WebSocket-powered private communication network was engineered for club members.

3. Measured Impact

100% perimeter containment of unauthorized content requests outside the club polygon, sub-200ms geofence evaluation with graceful fallback, and instant encrypted real-time member messaging.
